It is certainly a suburb to watch with still new house and land packages available, as well as the Meridian State College and Pacific Lutheran College. The suburb also offers great new infrastructure only minutes away from the university and public and private hospitals. JI Cleveland offers genuine choice when it comes to value for families and their needs in a home. TWMANLY — Brisbane’s best coastal suburb — is thriving with new homes and stunning renovators. There is a great blend of new and existing houses available in the suburb and it only takes minutes to walk to Oxley Creek common, with a serene patch of bird inhabited wetlands, easy paved walkways and picnic amenities. JIWith plenty of homes priced under $500,000, the gentrifying older suburb of OXLEY is an appealing alternative to its affluent neighbours of Sherwood and Corinda, where the median house price is above $800,000. Oxley was declared a Priority Development Area in FY19 with new homes and community facilities on the way along with a growing café culture and redeveloped shopping precincts. JM With high demand for the relaxed lifestyle and a variety of housing choices, look to CALOUNDRA for continued growth amongst southeast Queensland. CH ACACIA RIDGE has affordable, large blocks available for those wanting more space. Super garages worth of super cars It is on the cusp of suburbs that have had long-standing recognition as some of Brisbane’s best to live in. DHCASHMERE, 24km north-west of the CBD is ideal for families with the average age group 40 and a 90 per cent owner occupancy rate. With multiple developments in and around this growth suburb, MERIDIAN PLAINS is close to Caloundra and the coast. Hands down, KANGAROO POINT offers wonderful opportunities, with a myriad of high quality property. It’s close to Rocklea markets, with various new trendy cafes opening in the local area. DHWISHART, 14km from the CBD, is for the lucky buyer, as it’s harder to find in this price range. JI Can’t beat the bayside suburb of WYNNUM for its community and location near Manly and a quick trip to the airport, CBD or coast. CH You cannot go past Graceville for its classic Queenslanders. It’s such a well-established suburb in blue-chip Brisbane and there’s still good buying in this price bracket. Brisbane was buffeted by the fallout from the Royal Commission into the banking sector and APRA’s introduction of tighter lending guidelines in the first half of 2019.But confidence returned and buyer activity picked up mid-year following the federal election and consecutive interest rate cuts. If you can purchase a home in NOOSA, our advice is to buy, as the luxury home market is getting tight. Noosa is home to a stellar list of luxury properties with a beachside feel. CH WINDSOR has always been a desirable suburb, being just 3km north of Brisbane, however in recent times we have found the demand has been fuelled by the local primary schools, St Columbia Primary School and Wilston State School. There are many great amenities for families as well as shopping and café precincts. JM COOMERA has all the amenities of the Gold Coast nearby at an affordable price and is less than 45 minutes from the CBD. CH Only 16km from the CBD, situated next to the bay, and only minutes from bustling Manly, great value still can be found in the modern, progressive suburb of WYNNUM WEST. There is strong demand for the Wynnum West public school and Brisbane Bayside state college. JI Families looking for a tight-knit community will love SUNNYBANK for its large family homes, modern choices and for being an area that will continue to see high demand. It has long been a favourite for Brisbane buyers who work in Brisbane by day, but who love the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
