Meanwhile, Tom Herman landed his best class at Texas – thanks to a late transfer from five-star recruit Bru McCoy from USC.Jim Harbaugh and company finished with the top class in the Big Ten, though Penn State (No. 13) and Ohio State (No. 15) weren’t far behind.
